We specialize in building most types of HEUI, Common Rail, and EUI diesel injectors using state of the art computer aided equipment.

How It Works:

Our process is simple. You send us your injectors we rebuild them, test them and ship back to you. Our typical turnaround time is 2-3 business days once we receive your injectors.

Ensure you wipe all residual fluids from your injectors prior to packaging them. Please be sure to properly wrap and package your injectors for safe delivery. To avoid damage when shipping,
we suggest wrapping each injector separately in a rag then placing it in a plastic grocery bag or Ziplock bags to avoid any leakage of fluids.

We recommend using a USPS Priority Mail box and be sure to insure your package. Use a medium flat rate box (11.25″ x 8.75″ x 6″) for fast delivery. A medium flat rate box with $1000 insurance runs about $32.00 (USPS prices are subject to change).

You may send your injectors to us via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Any method you choose is fine; however, we will ship your injectors back to you using UPS Ground.

WARRANTY POLICY

The US Diesel Injectors Inc. Limited Warranty DOES NOT COVER and therefore EXCLUDES:
Labor costs incurred in the diagnosis of defects or any other consequential expenses. Failures caused by fuel or oil contamination, fire damage, misuse, negligence, modification, abuse, improper application, installation, or operation. Failures caused by unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts. Failures caused by the use of power-enhancing devices or modifications.

PLEASE NOTE:
US Diesel Injectors Inc. reserves the right to void warranty coverage at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, those indicated above as well as disassembly of injectors.
Any injector returned for warranty that is found to meet operating standards will result in the customer incurring a testing fee of $50 per injector plus shipping.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning injectors to US Diesel Injectors Inc for warranty inspection/repair. US Diesel Injectors Inc. will pay shipping costs associated with returning the injector(s) to the customer if a repair was necessary.
